This document is a recommended national standard for food quality drafted in accordance with the provistons of GB/T1.1-2020“Guidelines for Standardization Part :Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents".
This document replaces GB/T24694-2009 "Glss containers - Liquor Bottes'. compared with GB/T24694-2009, the main technical changes are as follows:- Deleted terms and definitions(see Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);
-Deleted product classification (see Chapter 4 of the 2009 edition);
-Deleted the requirements for internal pressure resistance(see 5.1 of the 2009 edition);
-Modify the water resistance grade of the inner surface, improve water resistance of the iner surface from the HCD levelto the HC3 level(see 3.1,5.1 of the 2009edition);
-Modfied the bottlebody tickness nd bottle bottom thickress indicators, the botte body thicknessindicator was revised to >1.0mm, and the bottle bottom thicknessindicator was revised to >2.2mm (see 3.3.6,5.3.6 of the 2009 edition);
-Deleted the roundness index of the bottle body(see 5.3.7 of the 2009 edition);-Modified the requirements for appearance quality (see 3.4,5.4 of the 2009 edition);
-Modified the test method for impact resistance of square bottles (see 4.1.3,6.1.4 of the 2009 edition).

1. scope
This document specfies the requirements, test methods, inspecton rules, marking packaging transportation and storage quality requirements for licuor glssbotles.This document applies to glass bottles for wine & liquor.

3.Terms and Definitions
This document does not have terms and definitions that need to be defined.

4.Requirements

4.1 Physical and chemical properties
The physical and chemical properties should meet the requirements in Table 1.

  Non-ransparent licuor bottles that cannot be detected by the current technology(such as opacfied liquor bottles, etc.) are not tested for internal stress.


4.2 Standard
4.2.1 Capacity
The allowable error deviation of full mouth capacity should meet the requirements in Table 2.

4.2.2Mouth size
The crown mouth hould meet the regulation of GB/ 37855 or GB/T37856,screw mouth should meet the regulation of GB/T17449, or negotiated t4.2.3 Nominal Body Diameter Tolerance TD

4.2.5 Verticality axis deviation Tv

4.2.7 Evenness of finish (mm)
The non-parallel tolerance of the bottle mouth shall comply with the provisions in Table 4.

5 Test methods
5.1 Physical and chemical properties
5.1.1 Thermal shock resistance
Proceed as GB/T 4547 specified.5.1.2 Internal stress
Proceed as GB/T 4545 specified.5.1.3 Shock resistance testing

5.2 Specification
5.2.1 Capacity
Proceed as GB/T 20858 specified5.2.2Finish size
Measure the bottle finish with a vernier caliper or plug gauge with an accuracy of 0.02 mm

5.2.3 Body diameter
Measure the bottle body with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of 0.02 mm
5.2.5 Perpendicular Axis DeviationProceed as GB/T 8452 specified
5.2.6 Thickness

Measure the thickness of the bottle body and bottom using a thickness gauge with an accuracy of 0.01 mm
Measure the ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point on the same cross-section of the bottle body using a thickness gaugeThe ratio of the thickest point to the thinnest point measured on the same bottle bottom using a thickness gauge

5.2.7 Bottle Finish unevenness
Measure with a height ruler with an acuracy of0.02 mm,and the difference between the highest and lowest values from the botle bottom to the botlefinish is theunevenness of the bottle finish
5.3 Appearance Quality
Visually measure at a distance of 500 mm under natural light, and if necessary, use a 10x graduated magnifying glass for measurement

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Acceptance of products should be G6B/T2828.1 on the batch inspection of the sub-sampling program requirements orto be negociated between two parties.
6.2 Produt inspecton should be expressed in terms of the number of unqualfied products per hundred units.The submitted acceptable qualty level( AQL)and theinspection level (IL)of the inspection products should be in accordance with Table 6.

6.3 Every batch bottes shall be inspected and in complance with the above standards f there are unqualfid items, the responsble department shall make a decsionto discard the batch or re-sampling and re-inspectafter analyzing the specficunqualfid condtions. f the re-submitted products arestll nqualfied, it hall be determined that the batch does not meet this standard.


7.Packaging, logo, transportation and storage
7.1 Logo
Each product should mark the logo of the manufacturer on the bottom
7.2 Packaging
lt is recommended touseplle paclaging or crton packaging to reduce the nfuence tht improper pack.aging and transportation had on the quality of licuor bottles.The packaging materials should keep the product clean and not easily broken.
Each pac.ageshould be attached witha certicate of conformity or a conformity label, and should indicate the name, address and contact information of themanufectrer,product ame, material statement of compliance with relevant regulations and standards,specifications, quantity, production date, batch number,inspection and packaging personnel The name (code name)should also indicate
"forfood contartr forfood packaging" or similar terms, o print or affx thelogo of spoons and chopsticks and the graphic storage and ransportation signs such as"glass objects", etc.

7.3 Transportation
The transportation must prevent violent vibration.The loading and unloading should be handled gently.
7.4 Storage
The produt storage environment should be ventilated and dry, and the product should be kept away from odorous corrosive and toxic items during storage
